I have always been in the people business and a little over 10 years ago, I became attracted to exploring Reiki. Intuition led to my connection with Marilyn Mayberry, who is a gifted yoga instructor and Reiki Master. You would think I then moved quickly into helping as many people as possible, but what actually transpired was a slow awakening of my connection to REIKI. I gained experience with the power of Reiki as I helped my family members and friends.
By 2019, my yearning to respect and grow my spiritual side intensified. I completed my certification with Reiki level 2 and Master Teacher level as well.
My Reiki practice and knowledge grew and then COVID 19 happened. While a pandemic may sound discouraging, this was a time of awakening and my appetite to learn had increased exponentially.
I met Lana Zilinski of the “Hawk and I“, had a reading by Lana (which was a kick in the pants to get going) and then Lana became a very much valued mentor and teacher to me. I completed all four levels of mediumship, which has opened a new world for me to help people heal, grow and move forward in life.
Who I am and what I do is a result of meeting and experiencing the work, teaching and influence of these amazing women and many others in my life who encouraged me to continue on my path to help others.

I am an Intuitive Artist. My interest and flare for art started at a young age. During high school, I thrived in the arts: graduating with honours, awards, and an art scholarship for continuing education in art.
I pursued by interest and graduated from the University of Waterloo with Honours, majoring in Fine Art. My life as a mom and career woman overtook my artistic endeavours after university.
Later, however, after a dark period in my life…
I couldn’t help but dig deeper and return to my roots. I was raised with strong spiritual beliefs which is the backbone of my work.
I began drawing as a means of letting go. Not worried about the outcome and not drawing anything in particular. I was creating, simply for the reason of not thinking and shutting my brain off. Unknowingly, I started creating intuitively from my heart. No longer feeling compelled to make images that were geared toward pleasing someone else. I was releasing what was in my soul— it was very healing!
I found that animals, people, faces, angelic beings, and many symbolic images would appear, all evoking a message, a feeling, and an emotion.
I have retired from my full time political career to produce art that provides healing as we journey through life.

For 20 years I worked and managed a Third Party Logistics business. Working mainly in the fast paced, demanding corporate world of trucking throughout North America. I hit a wall in 2011. My health was declining. So was my husband’s. I had 4 young adults living at home and took care of my mom plus running a logistics business with 15 employees. My husband commuted to Toronto daily, so that left me “doing” for everyone else. I knew I needed to get off the hamster wheel but I had no idea how.
I threw the energies of that out to the universe and stayed open to the guidance of how.
In 2013 I quit my general manager position and downsized to servicing my clients only and working from home. My husband retired early and we downsized our life in Canada and built a home in Panama. I worked remotely from Panama for 10 months of the year and 2 months in Canada. Panama helped me to learn how to heal. To understand I don’t have to live in fight or flight. To just BE. It was a most spectacular experience living and growing and transforming in that space.
At the end of 2019 I was really feeling change coming. I thought it was on a personal level but as March 2020 hit, I realized it was the whole world changing. Although I absolutely love Panama, I got the inner call to return to Canada. In the end it’s where my light was needed.
We transitioned back to Ontario in 2021. I sold my book of business and started living and unfolding into a new version of me.
I received my Coach Practitioner Certification in 2018 so I had been using this transition time Coaching online and helping people with meditation, mindset, and supporting their transformation through the ick and the stick.
I expanded again in 2020-2021 completing a 1 year Ascension Spiritual Incubator Program, Ascension Coach & Healer Certification and finally Meditation Certification & Teacher Training.
In January 2022 my friend gifted me a Sound Healing. My experience was incredible! I can only describe it as a remembering. Working with sound, vibration and frequency as a way to help people heal. I’ve done this before (another lifetime). I purchased some instruments and started to intuitively play.
As the world started to open up again I started in person sessions with family and friends. Balancing and clearing the energy body, and chakras. What I realized is I’m still helping people move through the ick and the stick but without having to feel the heaviness of that energy or experience it.
Things really started to open up in the fall of 2022. I started offering Sound Bath’s and individual sessions until November, and I broke my wrist. At the time of course, this felt like a horrible setback but deep down I knew there was a reason I was being sat back down. Here we are in 2023, I’m back to offering group and individual sessions! I’m continuing to heal but am feeling great! And during this downtime I’ve completed my Sound Healing with Voice certification and it’s proven to be such a beautiful addition to my sessions!
I’m offering a service to support people on their journey in this life. To help them move through the frequencies of old emotions, traumas or lower vibration energies that can get stuck in our energy field and causing dis-ease. And to offer guidance to living a life they don’t need a vacation from! We have the key to wellness within each of us…guiding people to tap into that magic and stay in the flow of the energy of their life is a joy!

Hello, I am Lisa. I was diagnosed with MS in 1998, after temporarily losing the vision in my right eye along with several balance issues and weird neurological issues. After taking one look at my MRI, I had a renowned optic neurologist tell me “You better start making your plans now”! I was scared, mad as hell and basically a hot mess! I was in my mid thirty’s, newly married and had a job that I loved.
My plans were to finish training for an upcoming adult national figure skating competition and I left his office that day on a mission to prove him wrong.
That was before the days of Dr. Google and I researched night and day to find out what I could do to help my body heal and reduce the symptoms I was experiencing with the goal of minimalizing further damage. I was put on a course of drug therapy. Some that I had to inject and other oral drugs. I HATED needles, but got over that and did what my doctors recommended in addition to making several lifestyle changes that I am excited to share with you.
I did have to withdraw from the competition that year, however the following year, I was able to compete and had the best skate of my life!
It was the combination of these lifestyle changes and the medications, that I was eventually in remission for so long that my doctor recommended that I come off of the drugs which I happily did. I have been living symptom free for over 17 years and have a life beyond my wildest dreams from that day in 1998.
I can’t wait to meet you and help you with your journey!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my bio.
I am an Intuitive Healer, Culinary Nutrition Expert, Holistic Wellness Coach & Health Advocate.
I have been helping family, friends and clients in their homes, guiding them through health issues and assisting them to live healthier lives for years.
After experiencing my own life threatening health crises, I went through a transformation. This evolution drove my passion to learn, teach and inspire other people. I have studied Anatomy & Physiology, Massage Therapy, Herbology, Holistic Nutrition, Reiki and Energy Healing, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Holistic Wellness Coaching, and more.
I have proudly completed the Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert Program (graduating with honors), and the Certified Intuitive Healer course, which covers multiple modalities.
With these programs, and the additional studies and experiences I’ve had over the years, I have been able to combine and develop my own modality which I call Hands On Emotional Release. It is a combination of massage therapy techniques with intuitive healing and muscle testing to get to the root causes of pain or tension and helps to allow the release of trapped emotions.
I have been able to successfully increase the range of motion and mobility of clients by using this modality, which has also increased their confidence in their abilities. It’s amazing what can happen when you’re no longer standing in your own way!
I am always open for a chat. If you are interested in working together, I’d love to meet and explore what inspires YOU to nourish your own body, mind, heart, and soul.
Below I share my personal journey, as I feel it is important for you to understand why health and nourishment of the body, mind, heart, and soul is so important to me.
My personal health journey:
When I was nine years old, I would wake up in the middle of the night with pain in my stomach. I thought these were hunger pains, so I would have a quick snack, the pain would go away, and I would go back to bed. This continued occasionally for a few months, then became more frequent, and eventually started happening during the day as well. My parents took me to a doctor who brushed it off as indigestion that would go away on its own.
Over the next few years this went from occasional, to frequent, to daily. The symptoms evolved to include severe heartburn, waking up at night, choking, gagging, and a searing pain in my entire abdomen. It became too painful to eat. Blood tests, x-rays, a barium swallow, and an ultrasound later, the conclusion was gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). I was given a prescription for medication and sent home. I experienced some relief, but not enough. A few months later, there was a news story about an athletic girl my age who died of a heart attack caused by the same medication I had been prescribed. I stopped taking it that day.
My symptoms rapidly returned, with the addition of vomiting in my sleep. I started consuming meal replacement shakes and smoothies instead of solid food in an effort to make it as easy to digest as possible. I lost a lot of weight and looked sickly.
While coping with the pain, I became extremely depressed and anxious. My grades suffered, I ran away from home, and even contemplated suicide.
This emotional roller coaster continued throughout my teens, my first pregnancy, and into my young adult life. I went through numerous doctors, specialists, tests, and even laparoscopic surgery in my search for answers. Doctors first told me I had endometriosis and would never be able to carry a baby to full term again, which was devastating for me at age 19. Then they ruled that out in favour of a diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and that there was no cure and I would have to live for the rest of my life with these symptoms.
All this was before I was twenty years old.
I tried to cope with it through a variety of over-the-counter antacids, lots of water, avoiding certain foods, or sometimes not eating at all. I slept almost upright or in a chair every night so I didn’t wake up choking and vomiting.
Then, I experienced the most pain I have ever had in my life (yes, even more than natural childbirth) - PANCREATITIS.
I remember turning to my husband and son in the emergency room, telling them how much I loved them and saying goodbye because I believed I was going to die that day.
I spent the next five days in the hospital, hooked up to IV fluids, and not allowed to consume food to allow my body to heal.
Despite following all of the advice from the multitude of doctors and dietitians, I ended up with pancreatitis twice more after that.
Finally, I saw a doctor who was more nutritionally aware than most. He suggested I try being vegetarian to see if it made a difference. Within a month, my symptoms started drastically improving. They were still there, but certainly much more manageable than before. I could finally sleep lying down again.
When I became pregnant with my second son, the symptoms at night returned and quickly became unmanageable. Not wanting to return to the medications and over the counter remedies that only dealt with symptoms, I began studying and trying herbal remedies. To everyone’s surprise, I felt complete relief for the first time in years, but only if I took them every day. I continued learning about herbs and started making my own remedies for my family. I also dove deeper into learning about nutrition.
It was during this time that I met a Holistic Nutritionist and Intuitive Healer. Through her, I finally discovered what had been causing my symptoms - I had food allergies and sensitivities. It turns out this was what caused not only the GERD and abdominal pain, but also my childhood asthmatic symptoms.
Through muscle testing, we discovered that my body lacks the enzymes to digest animal proteins and to break down lipids. Within two weeks of visiting her and altering my diet, I was completely symptom free, without medications or herbs, for what felt like the first time in my life. She later became my instructor for the Intuitive Healer course.
More recently, I underwent a plant medicine journey, with guidance, which has really helped me focus on what is truly important in life, health, and how I can assist others to reach their health goals.
Through my own research, intuition, and with the help of a personal trainer, I am rebuilding a strong, healthy body by working out and going to the gym, practicing regular meditation and mindfulness, self healing, intermittent fasting, and consuming plant based meals.
This is how I keep myself healthy and nourished - body, mind, heart and soul.

Pilates is my anchor. I’m a busy mom and movement allows me to ground and tune into myself when life gets chaotic.
In 2009 I was hit by a snowboarder and the accident left me in a lot of pain and my neck and shoulders were extremely weak. While at first skeptical, I started doing Pilates twice per week, saw immediate results and my pain decreased significantly!
Health and wellness have always been a huge part of my life, but nothing other than Pilates has provided me with a way to connect to my body and build functional strength that serves me on a daily basis.
As a movement educator, I am passionate about helping people meet their goals - but mainly I want to help people work through their pain, learn to trust their bodies, and live and love life with a fluidity that keeps them in tune to what their body is telling them.
Teaching and guiding people in their movement journey is a huge responsibility and I am happiest when a client comes in and says: “I was able to get out of bed without pain today.” It makes my heart happy when people have that AHA moment where they come back home to their body and learn to move it with an ease, grace and kindness!

I am Author Sandra Wilson, children’s author and educator and founder of the Kindness Kangaroo Project. I have spent over 35 years working with children in some capacity; as a leader in Scouting and Guiding, as a tutor, as a drama teacher, as a homeschooler, in clubs and even in my education centre. For the last five years I have been working with children to create books. I have worked in classrooms, daycares and with other groups as part of the Kindness Kangaroo Project and together, these children and I have created nearly 40 picture books that embrace inclusion, acceptance, kindness and friendship.
With all my books I am looking to empower and inspire children and get the conversation started on topics like emotions (Emotional Animal Alphabet series), the environment (Super Kids Save the World series), bullies (The Unpleasant Pirates series), grief (The Feeling Empty series) and more.
I believe that words have power and we can use them to promote goodness in the world. We can offer them to children to inspire them, to empower them and to help express themselves. Stories are gifts that can be handed down, they are ways we can connect to what is happening in the world, to our feelings and those of others and to encourage us to do our best. I write stories with kids and for kids with the hope of showing them the magic of creativity to inspire and to empower.
I believe that children are our future and we must nurture them and help them grow. Guide them gently on their own path. Then support them and watch them go. I believe we need to teach them what matters - like compassion, understanding and more.
We need to make sure they are comfortable to talk and that we always have an open door.
I want children to know that no matter what chaos has swirled, I believe in the power they have inside to make a difference in this world.
